Rainforest Reptile Show

Brendan (aka "Reptile Guy") from Rainforest Reptile Shows brought some of his ectothermic* friends to visit Pack 70 last week.

Scouts and adults got to get close to these creatures and learn a lot about their favorite foods, the threats to their environments and even their musical tastes. (Who knew alligators liked Frozen!)

* Not sure what ectothermic means? Ask one of the Scouts who attended the show!

State Police Visit!

On Tuesday Cub Scouts were given a tour of the State Police Barracks in Millbury by Trooper White.

(We hope this will be the only time our boys see the inside of a prison cell)

Food drive!

Thank you to all the Scouts and adults who participated in the Spring Food Drive. Pack 70 and Troop 70 collected over 430 pounds of food. These donations will benefit the St. John's Xavier Center and Holy Family Parish.

Scenes from the Dens

The dens of Pack 70 are always busy and having fun. The evening of April 1 was a good example (no fooling!)
Webelos earned their Chess Belt Loop with lessons from Mr. Garcia.
Tigers worked on building bird feeders with glue, hammer and nails.
After talking about home safety, the Wolves played the hula hoop game. Keep your hands together and get the hoop all the way around the circle.
